So – what are you dreaming of? – And what would you do to make your (entrepreneurial) dreams come true? Do you belong to the “Why Notters” or the “Yes Butters”? Because the latter will never succeed. They’re afraid to think outside of the box. And we’re going even further than that. Let’s smash the box. Because smashing the box is the only way to create new thinking.
The League of Leading Ladies (LLL) conference is hosted by the League of Leading Ladies business club founded in 2014 by 40 international leading business women, in Zurich Switzerland. But the League of Leading Ladies is more than a business club or a social network. It’s a mindset. All of our LLL members want to be One Voice for Women with a Vision. New members can join the LLL by invitation only. The president and CEO of LLL is Swiss business owner Sandra-Stella Triebl.
The LLL conference is public and open to members and non-members, women and men alike. This is not a ladies-only event. Among the participants at this conference are international top speakers, headhunters, politicians and entrepreneurs. LLL wants to keep the conference small, personal, interactive and exclusive, allowing a maximum of 150 guests.
We invite to our conference the men and women who live and work out of the ordinary, always thinking more than just “outside of the box” – they’re smashing the box, going the extra mile, inspiring people all over the world. That’s why they belong to the world’s most influential leaders and entrepreneurs.

Erin Meyer will join us to offer a practical and timely perspective on one of today’s most pressing business issues: how do different cultures influence the way to do business when working globally? Often, few have strategies for dealing with the cross-cultural complexity that affect a team’s day-to-day effectiveness.
Meyer provides a new way forward, leveraging vital insights for working effectively and sensitively with one’s counterparts in the global marketplace. This dialogue will help you build a more cohesive and successful team that together will bridge gaps, transform differences into assets, and ultimately grow your business.
Erin Meyer is the author of the recent best-selling book “The Culture Map: Breaking Through The Invisible Boundaries of Global Business”. She is also a professor at INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools. Living and working in Africa, Europe, and the United States prompted Erin Meyer’s study of the communication patterns and business systems of different parts of the world. Her framework allows international executives to pinpoint their leadership preferences, and compare their methods to the management styles of other cultures. Erin frequently publishes articles in Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, and Fast Company.com. Her December 2015 article “Getting to Si, Ja, Oui, Hai, and Da” was Harvard Business Review’s most read article of 2015. She has also published articles in the New York Times Sunday paper, appeared on CNN and Bloomberg television, and been interviewed for the BBC, and National Public Radio.
Most recently Erin won the 2015 Thinkers50 “Radar award”, an award given to one of the people most likely to impact the future of business thinking. Originally from the US Erin lives in Paris with her French husband and her two sons.

Alexa Clay is the rising star of our time. She’s a writer, culture hacker, an innovation strategist – and a leading expert on subculture and innovation from unlikely places. Together with Kyra Maya Phillips she just recently wrote a book called “The Misfit Economy. Lessons in Creativity from Pirates, Hackers, Gangsters and Other Informal Entrepreneurs”. This book gives us deep insights of innovation organizational and economic creativity by people operating in the black and gray economies. So: Pirates, terrorists, computer hackers and inner city gangs have more in common with Silicon Valley as you may think, at least innovation wise.
We promise: You will see the (business) world in a different way after hearing Alexa’s keynote speech. Sometimes hackers, pirates and swindlers are more visionary than business leaders. Because: the free market economy does not possess a monopoly on innovation.Alexa Clay’s Website: www.alexaclay.com

It took us quite a while to find somebody who’s able to explain – not only the technology aspect of cryptocurrencies, but also what bitcoins & co would mean for the banking system – and our businesses. We’re happy we found Pierre-Edouard Wahl.
Pierre-Edouard Wahl is an early adopter of decentralized consensus ledgers technology, leading blockchain research at Credit Suisse’s Universal Bank. He has a natural curiosity for frontier technologies, such as IoT (internet of things) and AI (artificial intelligence), that have the potential to unlock new markets, create new business models, prepare for the future of banking and potentially change society as a whole. He will teach us everything we need to know about cryptocurrencies. Because: when this breaks through, the changes will be huge.
